All land submittals should include the location, size, zoning or proposed zoning, price, and a plat or survey of the tract. Improved property submittals should also include a simple income and expense statement. Any submittals should be followed up with a telephone call. Wilson & Stonaker, LLC protects brokers and will be happy to look at ideas from those who do not have the exclusive right to show the property. Any non-exclusive submittals should be identified as such.
