Keller CSS owns the building leased to Caliber Collision on South Main (US Highway 377) in Keller, Texas. The 13,670 s/f building was acquired from a North Dallas bank that had taken the building back in foreclosure. The partnership worked with the bank for over one year to allow it time to foreclose in the property while fighting the previous owner. Our ownership executed a lease on the property to Caliber Collision the day after we closed.
We are currently under construction on an expansion building for Caliber.
